The origins of STENDER’S can be traced back to Kuldīga, when a man knocked his head at a low-door head jamb and shouted loudly: “damn, a door jamb”… that was back in 1999. In Kuldīga, Liepājas Street 3, in an old grain barn. And since then, there is a bar-club called “STENDER’S” with very low door head jambs. Bar with wooden bar stools and club music on the garret.

It has its origins and is located in a building that dates back several centuries, when it served as a granary. The bar-club STENDER’S is located on the 2nd floor of the building, with the lowest door head jambs in Kuldīga and wooden bar stools in the bar. There is also an exit to the cozy summer air terrace. There is a club on the garret of the building, where on Friday and Saturday evenings you can try to swing by to dance to the rythms of the best DJs in Kurzeme. In recent years, successful collaborations have been established with the best DJs and DJ associations in Kurzeme and Latvia.
