The origins of STENDER’S can be traced back to Kuldīga, when a man knocked his head at a low-door head jamb and shouted loudly: “damn, a door jamb”… that was back in 1999. In Kuldīga, Liepājas Street 3, in an old grain barn. And since then, there is a bar-club called “STENDER’S” with very low door head jambs. Bar with wooden bar stools and club music on Fridays and Saturdays on the garret. With air terrace in summer and the most delicious pancakes on both sides of the Venta river.
Over the years, “Stender’s” has expanded its network and is available is several cities of Kurzeme, such as Kuldīga, Saldus, Talsi and Ventspils.
